Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to potential students via phone to provide detailed information about NST programs.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and ensure conversions through personalized guidance.
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and share insights with the counsellor or admissions team.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of all communications and lead statuses in CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to refine outreach and conversion strategies.
  • Address student queries professionally, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution.
  • Support in scripting FAQs, call templates, and communication workflows.
  • Track and report daily and weekly calling metrics.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and at least one local language.
  • Comfortable making a high volume of calls and managing follow-ups efficiently.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, MS Excel, and familiar with CRM tools (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
