We are looking for an Intern to help our Strategy & Ops team make better, faster decisions. This isn’t a "coffee-run" internship. You will be responsible for the data that our leadership uses every day. You would be responsible for supporting critical strategy and analytics initiatives and key areas for process improvements. If you love Excel, enjoy figuring out why a number doesn't look right, and want to see how a SaaS company scales from the inside, this is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Numbers: Set up and update trackers for our weekly and monthly business metrics. You’ll make sure the data is accurate before it reaches business leadership
- CRM & Tools: Help us keep our sales data (CRM) clean. You’ll be the one ensuring that our sales pipeline and customer info are organized and up-to-date.
- Process Fixing: Look at our manual tasks (like how we pull reports or hand off leads) and find ways to automate them using Excel or basic tools.
- Research: Help us look into new markets or competitors. You’ll summarize your findings into simple, clear notes for the team.
- Meeting Support: Help organize the "cadence"—ensuring the right data is ready for our weekly team reviews. Own the org. wide correspondence and ensuring leadership and external access to core business metrics.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excel/Sheets Skills: You should be very comfortable with looking at unstructured data, making sense of it, and presenting it in a cohesive manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with unstructured research and insights and present findings to the board
- Logical Thinking: You can look at a problem, break it down into steps, and find a solution without needing a manual.
- Attention to Detail: You’re the person who catches the small error that no one else noticed.
- Reliability: You take ownership of your tasks and don't need to be chased for updates.
- Interest in Strategy and RevOps: You’re curious about how Sales, Marketing, and Operations work together in a startup.
What success looks like (3-6 months):
- Set up weekly, monthly and quarterly business review cadences across the board
- A reliable, high-quality leadership level view and understanding of all core business metrics
- You understand our GTM (Go-To-Market) funnel well enough to suggest improvements, not just report numbers.
