Role Overview:

• As an AI/ML Engineer at Kaidoko, you will play a pivotal role in building intelligent systems that enhance the way learners interact with educational content. You’ll design and deploy machine learning models that personalize learning experiences, improve engagement, and deliver measurable outcomes. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are passionate about applying AI/ML to solve real-world problems in the edtech space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Model Development: Design, train, and deploy AI/ML models for applications such as personalized learning, recommendation systems, and performance analytics.
• Data Engineering: Handle data preprocessing, cleaning, and feature engineering to ensure high-quality inputs for models.
• Optimization: Fine-tune models for accuracy, scalability, and efficiency across diverse datasets.
• Integration: Collaborate with product, engineering, and content teams to embed AI solutions into Kaidoko’s learning platforms.
• Research & Innovation: Explore and implement cutting-edge ML algorithms in areas like deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.
• Monitoring & Maintenance: Continuously evaluate model performance and update systems to adapt to evolving user needs.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in AI/ML development (internships/projects count).
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience with data science libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, etc.).
• Understanding of deep learning architectures, NLP techniques, or computer vision pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
