About the Role:
- Trexiva is looking for enthusiastic and self-driven Business Development Executives who are eager to learn, pitch, and close deals. This is a performance-based opportunity with unlimited earning potential, ideal for students, freshers, and early professionals who want real-world sales exposure.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through online and offline channels
- Pitch company services to potential clients
- Understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Close deals and achieve monthly targets
- Maintain basic records of leads and conversions
- Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding
