Gen AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the AI team to develop and improve LLM-based AI agents that will support various aspects of learning at Unlox Academy.
• Assist in building AI-driven solutions for personalized learning, content generation, and student engagement.
• Work on optimizing generative AI algorithms to generate learning materials, quizzes, assignments, and feedback.
• Contribute to the research and development of innovative AI models that improve student outcomes.
• Integrate AI systems into Unlox Academy's platform, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
• Assist in the testing and deployment of AI models, ensuring they meet performance and accuracy standards.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in AI and EdTech to continuously improve our AI-powered learning tools.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Solid understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT, BERT, or other transformer models.
• Experience with Generative AI techniques (e.g., content generation, chatbots, AI tutors).
• Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP), machine learning algorithms, and deep learning.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of data pipelines and model deployment.
• Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and collaborative tools.
