Retail Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with 65–70 highly qualified leads daily via personalized calls and video sessions
• Manage full sales lifecycle from initial engagement to enrollment
• Conduct consultative selling through video counseling, trial class pitching, and handling objections
• Achieve and exceed weekly revenue targets
• Ensure seamless onboarding for new clients
• Participate in training programs to enhance sales skills

Qualifications:

• 2023, 2024, or 2025 graduates (Bachelor’s or Master’s preferred)
• Based in Gurgaon or willing to relocate
• Availability for office-based role six days/week (Saturday & Sunday included)
