ZOHO CRM Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Zoho CRM implementation, including requirement gathering, configuration, customization, and deployment 
• Design and set up CRM processes aligned with business workflows (Sales, Marketing, Support, Operations, etc.) 
• Act as a Zoho subject matter expert, advising on best practices and optimal system usage 
• Monitor and support user adoption, ensuring teams are effectively using the CRM 
• Identify process gaps, system limitations, and adoption challenges, and recommend solutions 
• Configure modules, workflows, automations, validation rules, dashboards, and reports 
• Integrate Zoho CRM with other Zoho applications (Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Campaigns, etc.) and third-party tools as required 
• Conduct user training sessions, create SOPs, and provide ongoing support Track CRM usage metrics and continuously improve efficiency and data quality 
• Serve as the single point of contact for CRM governance and enhancements Required Skills & Experience 
• Proven experience as a Zoho CRM / Zoho One Implementation Expert 
• Strong understanding of CRM processes, sales pipelines, lead management, and reporting 
• Hands-on experience in Zoho configuration, customization, and automation 
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions 
• Experience in change management and user adoption 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
