SRCC x Zerodha Varsity Quiz

Overview:

This quiz will test your knowledge of economics, finance, wealth creation, and entrepreneurship, based on concepts from Zerodha Varsity. It will cover topics like stock markets, investment strategies, risk management, and business fundamentals.

The questions will challenge your understanding of financial markets, trading psychology, and macroeconomic factors. Whether you're a beginner or experienced investor, this quiz will help reinforce key concepts and improve your decision-making skills.

Prerequisite: Please register through the following Google Form link as well.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Undergraduate and postgraduate students aged above 18, students from all disciplines enrolled in any college are welcome to participate in the event. These include Bachelor’s, Master's, M.Phil, and PhD students.
• Two or three students may come together to form a team.
• All members of a team must be from the same department/school.
• Any number of teams from a single department/school may register & participate in the Preliminary Round.
• There is a quota of one team with at least one non-male member (mixed-gendered team) qualifying for the Grand Finale. Hence, we encourage you to have at least one non-male participant in your team.

Illustrations:

• A student pursuing B. Com can team up with two students pursuing BBA provided both come under the same department/school.
• A student pursuing B. Tech can team up with two students pursuing M.Tech.
• A student from the Department of Law cannot form a team with students from the Department of Engineering.

Registration:

• Teams may register online or on-spot at the venue. We strongly suggest that interested participants complete their registration online.
• Registration for the Quiz is free of cost.
• Members of the participating teams must carry a valid college/university ID card or a bona fide letter from their college/university and additionally a Government Issued ID Card (Aadhar, Driver’s License, Passport, etc.) with the date of birth mentioned for verification at the time of the Quiz at the respective venue. Teams will not be allowed to participate without furnishing valid IDs for all three members.
• Both on-spot and online registration close half an hour before the Quiz starts.

Disqualification:

In the event of any non-adherence to the Rules and Regulations or any unfair or impermissible practices by any team, they will be immediately disqualified.

Amendment:

The organiser of the Quiz reserves the right to amend these Rules at any time.

Finality of decision:

All decisions on the interpretation and implementation of these Rules made by the organiser and the Quiz Master shall be final.

• Students will be responsible for the safety of their property.
