We are honoured to announce that Rajiv Srivatsa will be inaugurating VISTA 2024. This session will explore the fascinating career journey of Rajiv Srivatsa, from his beginnings as an engineer to becoming a successful product manager, co-founding Urban Ladder, and transitioning to an investor role at Antler. Rajiv will share his insights on navigating these significant career changes, the strategic decisions behind each move, and the skills and mindset required to adapt and thrive in diverse roles. Attendees will learn about the importance of continuous learning, leveraging past experiences for future success, and the dynamic nature of career growth in today’s world.

About the Speaker:
Rajiv Srivatsa is a renowned entrepreneur and investor with around 20 years of experience in the technology and startup ecosystem. He is currently a Partner at Antler India, where he leads the deployment and operations of the global early-stage VC firm in India. Rajiv’s role involves identifying and grooming promising startups, raising local funds, and building a strong Antler team in India.
Before his venture into investing, Rajiv co-founded Urban Ladder in 2012, a journey that saw him raise over $100 million in venture capital and build India's favorite online furniture brand. Under his leadership, Urban Ladder achieved significant milestones, including high customer satisfaction scores and pioneering digital innovations in the furniture industry. His strategic vision and leadership were instrumental in scaling the company to become an omni-channel brand and a leader in the sector.
Rajiv also hosts the podcast "OneLifeTheory," where he shares his learnings on happiness, potential, careers, and startups. His career started in the corporate IT services industry and evolved through senior roles at Yahoo!, where he focused on cutting-edge online and mobile products for emerging markets.
Rajiv holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and has been recognized in the Fortune 40 Under 40 list. His diverse experiences and continuous pursuit of growth and innovation make him a compelling speaker on career transitions and entrepreneurship.
