General Information

Brewing Codes 3.0 is an exciting hackathon designed to challenge young minds to develop innovative solutions in cutting-edge technology domains. Participants will have the opportunity to work on real-world problems, showcase their creativity, and compete for exciting prizes.

Tracks

Teams will work on one of the following tracks:

  1. Healthcare Innovation for All
  2. Technology for Circular Economy
  3. Digital Safety and Cybersecurity
  4. Education for the Digital Age
  5. Accessibility in a Digital World

Team Size

  • Minimum: 2 members
  • Maximum: 4 members
  • All members must be from the same institution

Participation Fee

Prizes & Rewards

  • Winner Team: ₹30,000 + Winner Certificate
  • Runner-up Team: ₹20,000 + First Runner-up Certificate
  • All Participants: Official Hackathon Certificates

Competition Guidelines & Rules

Guidelines

  • Teams must bring their own laptops, software, and necessary tools for on-site development.
  • No new team members can be added or removed after registration.
  • Each team must select an appropriate track and prepare a structured idea document for presentation.
  • Judges' decisions are final and binding in all rounds.

Rules

  • Each team must have 2 to 4 members, including a team leader.
  • All members must be from the same institution.
  • A faculty mentor is allowed but will not be permitted inside the competition room.
  • Once registered, teams cannot modify their team composition.

Competition Structure

Round 1: 28th March 2025

  • Venue: Maharishi University of Information Technology, Noida Campus
  • Duration: 6 Hours

Submission Requirements

Each team must submit a PowerPoint Presentation (Maximum 5 slides):

  1. Team Name, Leader & Members, Institution Name
  2. Problem Statement & Idea Description
  3. Solution, Prototype, & Technology Used
  4. Use Cases & Applicability
  5. Any Additional Information

Judging & Evaluation

  • Teams will be evaluated based on predefined rubrics.
  • Results will be announced at the end of the day.
  • Teams that do not qualify for Round 2 will receive Participation Certificates.

Round 2: 29th March 2025

Only the top-performing teams from Round 1 will qualify for Round 2.

  • Overnight Stay: Teams progressing to Round 2 will be allowed to stay overnight on campus to refine and finalize their projects.
  • Final Evaluation: The judges will assess the projects and determine the Winner and Runner-up teams.
