Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand NoBrokerHood's presence within assigned territories via field visits.
- Should be proficient in English and Hindi Mandatory
- Should have a area knowledge in the specified places. Locals are preferred.
- Should have a own two wheeler with a Driving licence
- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Drive sales initiatives and achieve revenue targets through effective sales territory management.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the designated geographical areas.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market needs.
- Conduct market research to understand competitive landscape and identify market trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and account status.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Business Development, with a strong track record of identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
- Demonstrated expertise in Sales Management, including strategy development and execution to meet sales objectives.
- Proficiency in Sales Territory Management, effectively planning and optimizing sales efforts within defined geographical areas.
