This round tests your ability to decode HR challenges hidden inside retro-game–inspired scenarios. Each question presents a quirky workplace situation with tricky, misleading options designed to test judgement rather than speed. Participants must identify the underlying HR issue and select the most practical, insight-driven response.
The Temple of Solutions
“Where data meets pressure — make the tough calls or fall behind.” This round plunges teams into a real-world HR battlefield where compensation, performance, and pressure collide. Participants will analyse a leaked employee compensation dataset, identify the weakest-performing department, and allocate a limited reward budget to only the most deserving employees. Every decision must be backed with clear logic and clean data justification. Additionally, teams must provide concise explanations for those not being rewarded. Submission Requirements: ●A structured 3-slider PPT (excluding Intro & Thank You slides) ●Include all supporting analysis & reasoning ●The case deck and data will be shared with shortlisted teams
The Relic of Triumph
“Race, reason, and resolve — only the fastest minds claim the treasure.” On-Campus Treasure Hunt + HR Problem-Solving The final round transforms the campus into an interactive puzzle path. Teams navigate a treasure-hunt style trail, solving riddles and cracking clues that unlock sub-problems of an integrated HR case. Only after completing all sub-problems must teams race back to the final location to secure bonus points. Details on the reporting location and final challenge will be shared with the finalists.
