MindCraft: Stages and Timelines
The Strategist’s Gate
Quiz Duration: The quiz must be completed within 10 minutes.
Total Questions: Participants will be allowed to answer 20 MCQs within the limited time.
Quiz Window: You may attempt the quiz anytime within the designated quiz window.
Single Sitting: Ensure you complete the quiz in one sitting. Once started, the timer will run continuously.
No Negative Marking: There will be no penalties for incorrect answers.
Unfair Practices: Any participant found engaging in unfair practices will be immediately disqualified.
Eligibility to Take the Quiz: Only the registered participant (or team leader, in case of team registration) can take the quiz.
Question Submission: You cannot revisit questions. Once you skip or submit an answer, it is final and cannot be changed.
Ranking Criteria: Participants/teams will be ranked based on quiz score and time taken to complete the quiz.
Blueprint of the Mastermind
This is a Submission Round. Shortlisted participants/teams will be required to submit a 3–4 slide PPT (excluding Team Introduction and Thank You slides), along with any relevant supporting documents for the provided KYLR expansion case study. Communication regarding this round will be sent separately to all eligible teams.
The Summit of Strategists
This will be an Offline round! Winners of the Round-2 will be invited to the SIBM Pune Hilltop Campus and will be shared later.

Mindcraft: The Chief Strategizer 2025 is a national-level consulting & strategy case competition designed to test analytical rigour, strategic foresight, and operational thinking. The event blends a timed online eliminator with a case-driven submission round and a live grand finale, offering participants a full-spectrum consulting challenge.
Team Size & Eligibility:
- Team Size: 1 – 4 members.
- The team leader must register on behalf of the entire team; only one leader per team allowed.
- A student may be part of only one team.
- All team members must belong to the same institution or organization.
- Teams may include students from different years and specializations (same institute).
- Entries are open to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Any participant found engaging in unfair practices will be immediately disqualified.
- Violation of guidelines will result in team disqualification.
- Final decisions on eligibility, authenticity, and judgment rest with Unstop & SIBM Pune.
