Round 1: Online Submission (Video Prelims Round)

Round 2: On-Campus Round
Shortlisted teams will be invited to perform in the final round on campus

Dive into a neon-charged arena where rhythm becomes gameplay and every formation is a level to conquer. The stage transforms into a moving grid of retro pixels and cyber glow - sharp cuts, fluid risks, and seamless motion. Here, teams don’t just dance; they sync, swerve, shift, and score. Choreography turns into strategy, transitions feel like power-ups, and every beat becomes a fast, precise, unpredictable decision. Step in with timing, trust, and fearless movement, because in this world, the team that syncs closest and swerves boldest takes the win.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Entries are open to students from both undergraduate and postgraduate courses/college.
- The team leader for the group dance competition must register on behalf of the entire team.
- Cross-college teams are allowed.
Round 1: Online Submission (Video Prelims Round)
- Each team must submit a video with a minimum of 90 seconds and a maximum duration of 3 minutes
- Videos must be uploaded in MP4 format only.
- Songs in both English and/or Hindi are allowed, or any other regional language
- The video must be shot in a single take; no cuts are allowed.
- The use of any filters is not permitted.
- Upload the video to a Google Drive folder and share the link with open access
- Shortlisted teams will compete in the final on-campus round.
- Team Size - 4 to 12 members
Round 2: On-Campus Round:
- Time limit: 7 to 10 minutes (including stage setup and clearance time)
- Teams must incorporate more than one dance form/style in their performanc
Rules and Regulations:
- Naming Convention: SyncAndSwerve_CollegeName_TeamName (For example: SyncAndSwerve_SIBM_Dazzlers)
Note: In the case of a mixed-college team, the naming convention should follow the format: SyncAndSwerve_Mix_Dazzlers
- Songs in both English and/or Hindi and/or other regional languages are allowed
- Participants must adhere to the designated time limit; failure to do so will result in deduction of points
- Each participating team is permitted to bring one additional production member for backstage coordination. The Organising Committee will not be liable or responsible for any production-related requirements of the team, including but not limited to costumes, props, backstage assistance, or any additional production support. All such arrangements must be managed independently by the team
- All participants must have valid college ID cards
- Participants should incorporate more than 1 dance styles/forms
- Teams are required to submit their music beforehand in the form of a Google Drive link (access open to all) or pen drives in MP3 format
- Music tracks for performance must be submitted at least 5 days prior to the final event
- Teams are strictly prohibited from mentioning their college names during the performance; any team doing so will face a penalty
- Vulgarity and obscenity are strictly prohibited and can lead to immediate disqualification (songs should be chosen accordingly)
- Any participant resorting to unfair practices will be directly disqualified from the challenge
- Any deviation from the above-mentioned guidelines will result in the immediate disqualification of the entire team
- All decisions in the matter of eligibility, authenticity & final judgment will be with Unstop & SIBM Pune
- The Terms and conditions of participation may be subject to change at any time without specific notice
