Get ready to unleash your creativity, collaborate, and build solutions to real-world problems in an electrifying environment! The Hackathon is your stage to ideate, innovate, and create impactful projects. Are you ready to code, design, and problem-solve your way to success?

Rules and Guidelines:

  • Team Formation:
    • Teams must consist of 2 to 4 members.
    • Each team must designate a team leader to represent them.
  • Eligibility:
    • Cross-college teams are allowed.
    • Teams can include members from different academic years within the same institution.
  • Submission Guidelines:
    • For Round 1, teams must submit their problem statement and proposed solution in the form of a PowerPoint presentation (3-5 slides) that clearly outlines the problem and their innovative solution.
    • Submissions made after the deadline will not be considered.
  • Judging:
    • The decision of the judges will be final and binding.

Event Structure:

Round 1: Online Submission:

  • Participants must submit their idea presentation (3-5 slides) online before the deadline.
  • The presentation should include:
    • Problem Statement – Clearly define the real-world problem your solution addresses.
    • Proposed Solution – Describe your innovative idea and how it solves the problem effectively.
    • Implementation Plan (optional) – Share any initial thoughts or approaches for executing the idea.
  • Top teams will be shortlisted based on creativity, feasibility, and impact of the solutions proposed.

Round 2: Offline Hackathon:

  • The final round will be held offline at IIIT Naya Raipur.
  • Shortlisted teams will be provided with a problem statement related to their domain to implement it during the offline round.

Registration Details:

  • Registration Fee: Free
  • Prize Money: ₹15,000
